These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Contacts Converter ("the App"), developed by GA App ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Contacts Converter lets you export, import, convert, and clean up the contacts on your device, and optionally sync contacts to your Google account. You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining backups of your own data. While the App is designed to handle your contacts safely, you should keep independent backups before performing bulk operations such as merging or deleting contacts.
Your contact data is processed entirely on your device and is never transmitted to our servers. If you choose to use the "Sync to Google Contacts" feature, contact data is sent directly from your device to Google's People API under your own Google account. Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
The App may offer optional in-app purchases and subscriptions. Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Prices and features may change; any changes will apply to future billing periods.

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by GA App and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You use the App at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GA App shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the App. This includes data loss caused by factors outside our control, such as device loss, third-party apps, or operating system errors.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
